A great budget choice with an excellent breakfast, with high-quality pastries and cheeses. The location is unbeatable, just five minutes from the train station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The room had uneven floors, so caution is needed to avoid stubbing toes. Despite these quirks, the affordability and convenient access to attractions make it a solid option.

Marvelous, particularly good location in Zermatt, next to train station and variety of restaurants and the centre of the village and restaurants. Also, in the middle of town on the Main Street very convenient to everything...

Great little budget hotel in Zermatt. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the train station. The included continental breakfast had a nice variety, but the breakfast room can get a bit crowded. My single room was small but sufficient. The shower was tiny and had limited space. I loved the balcony with a lovely view of the street below, where I could enjoy watching the hustle and bustle of the town. There's a real charm in being right in the heart of everything. Noise is an issue, especially from the nearby bar. It's a budget stay, so don't expect luxury, but for the price, it didn't disappoint. Friendly vibes despite the minor inconveniences.

1. It was next to a bar. Lots of noise till half past midnight. After trekking and a tiring day, it was frustrating to have that noise. 2. Bed & Bedding was not good. 3. Shower was too small. You cannot even turn in shower.

would definitely recommend for short visits
Budget-friendly hotel, cozy atmosphere, close proximity to the train station and local shops made for a pleasant stay, with the added benefit of free Wi-Fi to stay connected.
Everything was ideal.

The staff was very nice and the hotel was cozy and warm. The breakfast, set in a lovely room overlooking the main street, was fresh, tasty and had an ample selection. The location was central to the activities and was on five minutes walk from the train station so no need to take the electric powered taxi. I would stay there again.

Consider bringing earplugs as noise from nearby bars can be disruptive, particularly if you're on lower floors.

Over-priced and fairly average hotel. Hopeless for skiers (no ski room and tiny rooms) and fairly noisy location on main street. Reasonable breakfast not helped by chain smoking hotel staff. Much better and cheaper options available in Zermatt

The location of the hotel was only a short walk from the station and was an attractive chalet style building. The beds were very comfortable and the cleanliness of the room, bedding, and bathroom was excellent. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fresh and well displayed.
It was a little noisy on the Friday evening from the Club opposite. The shower ran hot and cold it was difficult to keep the water at the same temperature.

Rosa, the hotel "do everything staff" was ok. Breakfasts were ok.
We were terribly disappointed and unhappy with this hotel. It was terribly noisy from the plumbing, from the outside people, from owner's apartment above, from mechanical and plumbing noises... Hard to relax or get good sleep. Depressing place to have to come to and to have to stay at nite. The dull drumming noise from somewhere would go on way into the morning hours...Terrible customer attitude from the owner. They seldom answer their calls, and that fact can screw up the customer, as it did us royally. The original room they gave us was even more horrendously noisy and small. After complaining about it we got a slightly larger and quieter room, which was still small and noisy but a little more tolerable. Bathtub wouldn't drain, and collected dirty water up to my ankles. It was at the same time by far the most expensive and the probobly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

It is central located, Zermatt is not that big anyway
Clean but small room, we had two guys partying out on the balcony next to us, was the only bad thing!
